We provide written quotations detailing costs, work scope, and timelines before any work commences.We enter into clear contracts outlining responsibilities, warranties, and cancellation rights.
5. Respect for Your Home or Business
We will respect your property and leave all work areas clean and tidy.We minimise disruption and work to agreed schedules.
6. Health, Safety & the Environment
We ensure all work is carried out with appropriate health and safety measures in place.We dispose of waste responsibly and work to reduce our environmental impact.
7. Continuous Improvement
Our team undergoes regular training to stay up to date with changing regulations, product developments, and best practices.We welcome customer feedback to improve our services.
